Former NCAA Division I soccer player (UVA) and current mindfulness and performance coach, Emily Perrin, links with us as an ambassador and 1:1 mindset coach.
Emily’s the CEO and Founder of Perrin Wellness and Performance. Emily played soccer at the University of Virginia and spent three years as an assistant coach at the University of Pennsylvania. Emily’s passion is using Mindfulness Training, Meditation, Breath Work and Yoga to help athletes enhance their performance on the field and navigate life off the field. She takes a holistic approach to an Athlete’s wellness and is extremely interested in incorporating Trauma informed care and somatic based therapy as she continues on her path of becoming a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. Emily works with collegiate and professional athletes and teams across the US. Two examples of Emily’s coaching are Duke University Athletics and NC Courage (NWSL).

Perrin Wellness and Performance is located in Durham NC. Emily Perrin is a Certified Mindfulness Meditation teacher, certified Breath Work Coach and 200 Hour Registered Yoga instructor. She is currently pursuing her Masters in Clinical Social Work at the University of Denver in pursuit of becoming a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. Her specialties include working with players who experience anxiety both on and off the field and players who are dealing with injury.
